About the job
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to support our efforts in creating an optimal consumer experience across our owned and operated digital platform. This a unique opportunity to set the vision for UX and lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle while contributing to initiatives that are core to Thumb's strategic growth plan.

Responsibilities
Your role will be to:
- Ideation to high fidelity design creation
- Work closely with FE team for design implementation
- Testing and QA before launch
Requirements
Your have:
- 3+ years of professional experiences at software companies
- Strong understanding of the design process and required methodologies in the context
- Ability to operate individually and cross-functionally with minimal handholding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including prototyping
